By using our website or booking a service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Service Description
Transporte Monserrat provides private airport transfers and transportation services in the Dominican Republic. We connect passengers with professional drivers for pre-booked ground transportation.
Booking & Payment
All bookings are subject to availability. Prices shown at the time of booking are final and include all taxes and fees. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. A booking is confirmed only after successful payment.
- All prices are in US Dollars (USD)
- You can pay in full or reserve with a $20 USD deposit and pay the balance on arrival
- You will receive a confirmation email with your booking details
- Driver details will be sent via WhatsApp before your trip
Cancellations & Refunds

Passenger Responsibilities
Passengers are responsible for:
- Providing accurate pickup and drop-off information
- Being ready at the scheduled pickup time
- Ensuring the number of passengers matches the booking
- Providing a valid flight number for airport pickups
- Behaving respectfully toward drivers and vehicle property
Limitation of Liability
Transporte Monserrat is not liable for delays caused by traffic, road conditions, weather, flight changes, or other circumstances beyond our control. We monitor flights and adjust pickup times accordingly at no extra charge.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Punta Cana, La Altagracia, Dominican Republic.
