Data Sharing
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share data only with:
- Stripe — for secure payment processing
- Microsoft — transactional email through Microsoft Graph
- Google — advertising and analytics (Google Ads and Google Analytics); includes conversions we send from our server
- Meta — ad measurement through the pixel and the Conversions API
- ManyChat — sending and receiving your WhatsApp messages
- Anthropic — our sales assistant processes the text of your WhatsApp messages in order to reply to you
- Our drivers — name and pickup details only as needed for your transfer
Cookies
We use essential cookies for website functionality and also third-party cookies for advertising and measurement. Google Tag Manager loads the Google Ads and Google Analytics tags and the Meta pixel. We also store our own cookie named tm_campaign for 30 days so we can attribute your booking to the campaign you arrived from. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; if you do so some site features may stop working.
Data Retention
We retain your booking data for up to 3 years for operational and legal purposes. Contact form messages are retained for 1 year. You can request deletion at any time.
